What the service does

Tiny Desk AI creates personal concert videos from authorized portraits and your selected performance mode.

Your photos guide the performers in an AI-generated concert with the prepared Outstanding soundtrack.

Photo reviews and saved requests

Your selected photo is reviewed before a video can be created. Authorized staff may view private photos and results to approve or reject them when automatic checks fail or need confirmation. We record the decision, reason and reviewer. Approval is limited to the same photo and safety policy; it may be reused temporarily to avoid checking the same image repeatedly on your account. Approvals are not shared between accounts.

Choosing a photo does not start video generation. Only pressing Generate saves your choices and the displayed cost for up to 24 hours. After photo approval, processing may start automatically even if you close the page or your browser session expires. Credits are deducted when processing starts. You can cancel while it waits; processing cannot be cancelled once started. If credits are insufficient or the request expires, you must confirm a new request. Results remain subject to review before they can be downloaded.

Help with generation attempts

To understand where an attempt stops, we record when you try to generate, whether the browser prevents the next step, whether a request is sent, and whether the server rejects it or creates a task. We store attempt, upload and task identifiers, story settings and limited error reasons. These records are linked to this browser identifier and, with a valid email session, your account. They do not include copies of photos, instructions, emails or complete responses from other services. Records are retained for up to 90 days; IP addresses and raw browser details for up to 30 days. Access is limited to authorized support staff. Generation can continue if your browser blocks these records.

Information we process

We process your verified email, session, balance, purchases, photos, selected stories, settings and videos to provide the service. We record the original filename, format, size and dimensions, plus browser, device, IP address, approximate country or region, languages and time zone for security and support. Selecting your own image after sign-in uploads it for review; if you are signed out, it stays in your browser until you sign in. Photos are references for creating new scenes.

How your data is used

We share the photos, story and settings needed with services that process generation and safety checks. To review a result, we send one image containing selected video frames to an image review service. This check does not review audio or every video frame. Cloudflare hosts the application, database and private files, and provides aggregate usage and performance statistics. PayPal or Waffo Pancake processes payments and supplies necessary order details; we do not store full payment card numbers. The prepared Outstanding audio is added to your concert video as part of export.

Content safety and reports

We apply automated checks to requests and safety filters during generation. Results awaiting review cannot be downloaded until approved. Support staff have no permission to view your videos by default. Only staff authorized for safety review may examine photos, instructions, results and report details when needed to review a case, protect rights or meet legal obligations. We do not publish your videos in a public gallery.

When you report content, we use your email, description and supplied references to investigate and respond. Access to these details is limited to those who need them to handle the case and disclosures required by law. Read the Terms for prohibited categories, enforcement, reporting and appeals.

Visit statistics

We also use Plausible, served from stats.aceailabs.com, to measure visits and actions such as choosing a template, uploading a photo, signing in, creating a video, clicking a download and confirming a payment, without Plausible cookies. We do not send Plausible emails, filenames, photos, instructions, videos, private links or account and order identifiers. We use browser session storage for up to 24 hours to avoid counting the same actions repeatedly. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people visit and how they use the site. Google may use cookies and receive browser, device and visit information. We do not send emails, full IP addresses, filenames, photos, instructions, videos or private codes to Google Analytics. We separately record public page visits using a browser visitor identifier and a visit session identifier. Detailed page visit records are retained for up to 90 days. We also record the first identifiable visit source, the source at email registration and the source for each purchase. These records may include the landing page, a cleaned referrer and campaign tags; missing source information is recorded as unknown. Full IP addresses and raw browser details are retained for up to 30 days, and necessary security records for up to 90 days; long-term analysis uses aggregate data. Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled. You can block cookies or analytics requests in your browser.

Access and security

Sign in with a code sent to your email; no password is needed. A session cookie protects access. Do not share codes. You can recover an older wallet using its private link and bind an email that does not belong to another account, keeping its credits, orders and videos. Binding revokes the old link and sessions. We do not merge or overwrite other accounts.

Retention and deletion

Videos are available to view and download for 72 hours after they are ready and approved. Each result shows its deadline. Access stops at the deadline, and copies are deleted within the following 48 hours. Deleting a completed video removes it from My videos and stops access to playback and downloads. Files remain subject to the retention periods described above. Video expiry does not affect your remaining credits. Processing services retain files and logs under their own policies; we do not promise zero retention or that all services exclude model training. We may retain records needed for payments, safety, reports, disputes or legal obligations. Contact support to request data deletion.

Request access, correction or deletion of your data using the support email below. Only upload your own adult photos or photos with explicit permission from the adults depicted. Do not send passwords, private recovery links or card information.
