Tiny Desk AI creates personal concert videos from authorized portraits and your selected performance mode.

Your photos guide the performers in an AI-generated concert with the prepared Outstanding soundtrack.

Tiny Desk AI is an independent creative service, unaffiliated with NPR or the performers in the concert reference. Identify shared creations as AI-generated and use photos and music with the permissions required for your intended use.

Photos, audio and permission

You must be an adult. Only upload your own adult photos or material with explicit permission from every person depicted, and confirm those permissions before generating. Do not use photos of minors or unauthorized third parties. Permission does not authorize the prohibited fabrications or impersonation listed below.

The service offers authorized audio for this workflow; this does not grant a general license to other recordings, trademarks or images. You must have the necessary rights to your photos and any audio you use, and respect likeness and privacy rights. Review rights and platform rules before sharing.

Prohibited content

These rules apply to photos, instructions, audio and videos you upload, request, generate, store or share through the service. Generating or facilitating any of these six categories is prohibited:

• Pornography and NSFW content: nudity, sexually explicit content, sexualization or nonconsensual intimate material.
• Violence and gore: graphic violence, torture, mutilation, cruelty, threats or promotion of harm, self-harm, terrorism or mass violence.
• Hate speech: attacks, dehumanization, discrimination or incitement to violence against people or groups based on protected characteristics such as origin, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation or disability.
• Child-unsafe content: child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualization, exploitation, grooming, harassment or dangerous situations involving minors, including synthetic characters who appear to be minors. This service allows adults only.
• Deepfakes and impersonation of real people: fabricating statements, actions or situations attributed to a real person, pretending to be them or creating fabricated intimate scenes, with or without consent. Do not use the service to mislead people about what someone said or did.
• Copyright or trademark infringement: unauthorized use of protected photos, recordings, music, characters, logos or trademarks, or content that infringes intellectual property rights or falsely suggests a commercial endorsement.

Other prohibited conduct

Do not use the service for illegal activity, fraud, harassment, deceptive misinformation, instructions for weapons of mass destruction or bypassing safety filters. Do not try to access other people’s photos, videos, balances or private links. Identify shared content as AI-generated and do not present it as a real recording.

How we review content

We apply automated checks to instructions and safety filters during generation. Results awaiting review stay private and cannot be downloaded. Authorized staff have two hours from entry into the review queue to decide; the original credit debit stays in place while waiting. If no one decides in time, the saved automatic verdict applies. Without a valid verdict, the attempt stops and credits are returned within their original validity period. Blocked results are not delivered to the user. Automated checks can make mistakes and cannot guarantee detection of every violation.

Authorized staff review reports and, when needed, the related photos, instructions and results. We prioritize cases involving risks to children, serious threats, exploitation or terrorism. We may temporarily restrict access during an investigation. If we cannot confirm that a result follows the rules, we keep it unavailable until review is resolved.

What happens after a violation

Depending on severity and repetition, we may reject a request, block or delete a result, issue a warning, freeze the credit balance and temporarily or permanently suspend access to purchases and generation. Access to purchases and generation is managed through your email account and session. Serious violations may lead to immediate suspension.

We may retain necessary evidence and cooperate with authorities when legally required. Any action affecting credits or refunds is reviewed against the facts and applicable legal rights; a report does not automatically forfeit the entire balance. You can request an explanation and appeal through support.

How to report content or a violation

If you find a video generated with the service that may violate these rules or your rights, write to the support email in this section with the subject “Content report”. Describe the concern and, if available, include the video identifier or the public address where you found it. For copyright or trademark claims, identify the work or mark, explain your relationship to it and provide a way to contact you.

Do not send private recovery links, passwords, card information or copies of illegal material, especially child abuse material. A reference and description are enough to start a review. We limit access to report details to those who need them to handle the case, except where disclosure is legally required. Do not knowingly submit false reports.

Report handling and appeals

We review the information received, assess severity, investigate available content and take appropriate action. We may ask for more information and communicate a decision or status by email when contact details are available, without revealing other people’s private data. We do not promise a fixed response time or round-the-clock support.

If you believe content was blocked or access restricted by mistake, contact support with the subject “Appeal”, the case reference and your reasons. We reconsider the decision and correct confirmed errors.

Credits and payments

Sign in with your email before buying. Credits are available in one-time USD packs. Purchased credits never expire. The generation cost is shown upfront. PayPal or Waffo handles payment; credits are added after confirmation. Purchasing credits does not automatically generate a video. Pressing Generate saves your choices and the shown cost for up to 24 hours. After photo approval, press Generate to confirm the displayed cost. A confirmed waiting request can continue automatically and reserves credits once. You can cancel before processing starts. If credits are insufficient or the request expires, you must confirm again; a later purchase does not silently restart it. A confirmed technical failure returns credits once. Safety reviews and enforcement are handled as described above.

Results and refunds

Creative quality varies; a minor artifact alone is not a technical failure. Check the same attempt if submission is uncertain to avoid duplicate charges. Contact support to request payment refunds, reviewed according to the purchase, usage and applicable consumer rights. Deleting a video does not return credits.

Availability and support

Purchases or generation may pause for maintenance, provider issues or safety. Download your videos within 72 hours after they are ready; access then expires and copies are deleted within a further 48 hours. Specific results and uninterrupted availability are not guaranteed.
